Search hrms Karnataka government in Google chrome or go through the below given link to go official website to download every month.
Before that you register your mobile number in HRMS software with the help of DDO login, so please request the officials to enter your mobile number in HRMS to your first KGID number.
After entering the password and OTP in official website in ESS- employees self service login page, afterwords you enter Captcha code carefully its will take you personal login.
Then you read the personal details, if information is satisfy you will request to DDO login authorisation to correction.
After you select dartboard to select options like personal details, pay slips, leave details, deductions, loans details, advances and others details, select options which details you want to download.
