ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯದೇ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸತತ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ 10 ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬಡ್ತಿ, 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಚಾಲಿತ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬಡ್ತಿ, 20, 25 ಮತ್ತು 30 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅನಾವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 

ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃಂದದ ಸೇವಾ ವಹಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಅದರಂತೆ ಸದರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪೂರೈಕೆ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸೇವಾ ವಹಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯತಿರಿಕ್ತ ಷರಾ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿಶೇಷ ವರದಿ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
