HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA SERVICE(CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND RECRUITMENT)(III AMENDMENT) RULES, 2024
In exercise of powers conferred under Article 229 (1) and (2) of the Constitution of India, read with Rules 7, 8 and 11 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, and all other powers enabling thereunto, Hon'ble the Chief Justice makes the following Rules to amend The High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, (hereinafter referred to as the 'Principal Rules').
Title and Commencement: (1) These Rules may be called as The High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) (III Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette of Karnataka State.
AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULE III -
In Schedule III of The High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service & Recruitment) Rules, 1973 as amended from time to time, the existing Method of Recruitment (Column No.3) in respect of the cadres mentioned at Column No.2 below shall be substituted by the following Method of Recruitment at Column No.4 as below:
⚫ ಇದು 07-08-2024 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ.!!
⚫ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ High Court ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದೀಗ ಮಹತ್ವದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.!!
⚫ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ನಿಯಮಗಳೇನು.? ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದ ನಿಯಮಗಳೇನು.? ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ PDF ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ Gezette ನ್ನು ಡೌನ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಓದಿ.
