Teachers Transfer: ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಬಿಗ್ ಶಾಕ್( BIG SHOCK)ನೀಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ(Teachers Transfer) ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ, ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆಲ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು,ಈ ವರ್ಷ 25,000 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
2022-23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದಷ್ಟೇ ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ. ಇದಾದ ಬಳಿಕ 13,351 ಪದವೀಧರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವವರೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇರಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪದವೀಧರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವ ಹಂತ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸದಿರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ದಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ.
