ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಬಹುಕಾಲದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್. ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರೂಪ್-ಬಿ ವೃಂದದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ 148 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘದ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2016ರಲ್ಲಿ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನೀಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನೆನೆಗುದಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಜೂನ್ 21ರಂದು ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಇಚ್ಛಾನುಸಾರ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಗಿದಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಲಿರುವ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸುರೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
