ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಿ.ಎಡ್ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುವವರು ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಹತ್ವದ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಂತ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಂತ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಂತ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅನಿರುದ್ಧ ಬೋಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸುಧಾಂಶು ದುಲಿಯಾ ಅವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಪೀಠವು, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 21ಎ ಮತ್ತು ಶಇಕ್ಷಣ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಾಯಿದೆ 2009ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
