ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರು ಗುಡ್ ನ್ಯೂಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದೇ ಪದವೀಧ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಮರಿತಿಬ್ಬೇಗೌಡ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಆಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಶೇ.40ರಷ್ಟು ಬಡ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆಯಾ ಅಂತ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿರುವಂತ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್ ಮಧು ಬಂಗಾರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೇ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ವೃಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಂತೆ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲಾ ಗ್ರೇಡ್-2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ 6 ರಿಂದ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಪದವೀಧರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಶೇ.25ರಷ್ಟು ಬಡ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ತುಂಬುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ಯಾ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬಂದಿದೆ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಶೇ.25ರಷ್ಟು ಬಡ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ತುಂಬಲು ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವೃಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು 2014ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
